The first rehearsal of the 5th episode: Aunt Victoria's Secret
Hey everyone! We had a successful rehearsal on December 15th, 2002. Three of my actors came to the rehearsal. I was disappointed with the turnout- but we still had a great time! Ron read all the guy parts. Plus we're bringing back his character- Freddie, Jamie's next-door neighbor for the 5th episode. You may remember him from our first episode, The King of Yang. This episode will hopefully create a full-circle feeling- with the episode taking place once again at Jamie's house, and with a majority of characters from the first ep being in this ep (such as Freddie, The King of Yang, Mom, Dad, Mark, Jamie's porch, etc). Plus we will be introducing Jamie's neighbors- Lonnie, and Kristie, etc. We also have a few surprise guest stars in this episode!!!!!!! But we won't be talking about them quite yet. ;)
More info later!!

Internships-
We will be looking for Interns in the local Mid-Atlantic area to help out with web design, film production, and the writing of Jamie's Way. Are you interested? Contact Elena Moscatt at jamiesway1@aol.com
We will be working on two new episodes this fall for Jamie's Way. A very short, simple episode that will be written by Elena Moscatt, and titled "Aunt Victoria's Secret". And a much larger episode titled "Carpool", and written by Kristin Keswick, herself!! This will be the 6th episode, and will be a major character building episode about the kids running out of gas on their way to school. Both episodes will tackle the question about "Toby's father"- for those that have been asking :)

Danielle Faurot in the News: The following two paragraphs were taken from the Actor's Center- an organization that Danielle and other local Mid-Atlantic actors belong to. The Actor's Center website is: http://www.actorscenter.org/
Danielle Faurot has just completed filming on a documentary titled "Sunset Teens" where she is predominately featured. Official release is set for September. The movie is a collage of interviews, music, exciting activities and hilarity showing what typical teenagers do when they are away from school. VHS or DVD copies of the movie can be ordered James Gibson Films, PO Box 261, Port Republic, MD 20676 USA.
On a charitable note: Danielle has had beautiful long hair since the age of 4. On July 3 she cut her hair and donated it to "Locks of Love" www.LocksofLove.org
Locks of Love" is a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children across the U.S. suffering from long-term medical hair loss. They meet a unique need for these children by using donated hair to create the highest quality hair prosthetics. Most of the children helped by Locks of Love have lost their hair due to a medical condition called alopecia areata, which has no known cause or cure. The prostheses they provide help to restore their self-esteem and their confidence, enabling them to face the world and their peers. For more information please visit their website or call 1-888-896-1588. Danielle's haircut is a big change and will require new headshots and comp cards, but it was for a wonderful cause and she looks great!
** The "before" and "after" pictures of Danielle's famous haircut will be up on the JamiesWay.com website shortly!! We can't wait to see your new film, Danielle!!

WOW!!! Time flies!!!! I worked full time on the first season of the new HBO series "The Wire", created by Baltimore's own David Simon. Jamie's Way had to be put on the back burner- I'm so sorry ;( But I needed to work! So now that the season is over- I will be revamping Jamie's Way- the website- the show- the whole concept!!! It will no longer be just for teens- infact it will be a full fledge soap opera- like no other!!! Not pretty or clean- but very realistic, and gritty. You'll see! It will be great!!!!
Kristin Keswick will be seen tonight- and all week as an extra on "The Wire"!!!! She'll be walking by Stringer Bell in the flountain scene!!! You go, Kristin!!! Also- we will be adding a whole "Wire" photo gallery to our photo section- with pics of the cast and crew!! I'm going to miss everyone sooooo much ;( Until next season :)
